Términos de Uso / Terms of Service

Al acceder y usar Finds, aceptas estos Términos de Uso en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no debes usar la plataforma.

Finds es una plataforma de gestión de actividades y eventos. Proporciona herramientas para:

• Crear y gestionar actividades
• Consultar información de eventos
• Acceder a datos a través de API
• Autenticarse mediante Google OAuth

Al usar Finds, aceptas:

• Usar la plataforma únicamente para fines lícitos y legales
• No intentar acceder a datos ajenos sin autorización
• No realizar ataques de negación de servicio (DDoS) o ciberataques
• No automatizar acceso no autorizado o usar scrapers
• No compartir tu cuenta o credenciales con terceros
• Cumplir con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables

Eres responsable de:

• Mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta y contraseña
• Todas las actividades realizadas bajo tu cuenta
• Notificar a Finds inmediatamente si sospechas uso no autorizado
• Cumplir con estos Términos de Uso y nuestra Política de Privacidad

• Todo contenido, código y materiales de Finds son propiedad de Finds o sus licenciantes
• Se te otorga una licencia limitada para usar la plataforma según estos términos
• No debes reproducir, distribuir, modificar o crear trabajos derivados sin permiso explícito

Finds se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley:

• No somos responsables de pérdida de datos, interrupciones del servicio o daños indirectos
• No garantizamos disponibilidad continua del servicio (97% uptime es nuestro objetivo)
• Tú usas Finds bajo tu propio riesgo
• Nuestra responsabilidad máxima está limitada al valor que pagaste (si corresponde)

Finds se proporciona sin garantías expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos:

• Que el servicio cumplirá tus requisitos
• Que el servicio será ininterrumpido o libre de errores
• Que los defectos serán corregidos

Nos reservamos el derecho de:

• Suspender tu acceso si violas estos términos
• Eliminar tu cuenta sin previo aviso si detectamos abuso
• Terminar el servicio con 30 días de aviso previo

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios significativos serán notificados por correo electrónico. El uso continuado implica aceptación de los nuevos términos.

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Chile, sin considerar conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de Santiago, Chile.

By accessing and using Finds, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Finds is an activity and event management platform. It provides tools to:

• Create and manage activities
• Query event information
• Access data through API
• Authenticate via Google OAuth

By using Finds, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful and legal purposes
• Not attempt to access data belonging to others without authorization
• Not perform denial of service (DDoS) attacks or cyber attacks
• Not automate unauthorized access or use scrapers
• Not share your account or credentials with third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying Finds immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
• Compliance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy

• All content, code, and materials of Finds are the property of Finds or its licensors
• You are granted a limited license to use the platform according to these terms
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission

Finds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages
• We do not guarantee continuous service availability (97% uptime is our goal)
• You use Finds at your own risk
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid (if applicable)

Finds is provided without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend your access if you violate these terms
• Delete your account without notice if we detect abuse
• Terminatethe service with 30 days' prior notice

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
